1. About PersonalCreatorOps
PersonalCreatorOps is a private, operator-managed workspace for organizing content production and publishing workflows. The current integration allows an authorized operator to connect a TikTok account, prepare video content and publish it through TikTok's supported APIs after human approval.
2. Acceptance and private use
By accessing or using PersonalCreatorOps, you agree to these Terms of Service. The service is intended for private and internal use by the operator and by people specifically authorized by the operator. It is not a public creator marketplace or a general-purpose service for unrelated third-party accounts.
3. Connected accounts and permissions
A TikTok account may be connected only by a person who has the right
to authorize that account. The operator is responsible for choosing
the accounts, permissions and content used with the application.
The current TikTok integration requests only the permissions needed
for account identification and video publishing, including
user.info.basic and video.publish when
enabled in the application configuration.
You can revoke a connection through TikTok's account settings or by contacting the operator. Revocation may stop future actions but does not automatically remove historical application records; see the Data Deletion page for requests.
4. User content and responsibility
The operator retains responsibility for all videos, captions, images, music, links, trademarks and other material submitted to or published through the application. You must have the rights and permissions required to use that material and must comply with TikTok's rules and all applicable laws.
5. Acceptable use
You must not use PersonalCreatorOps to:
- access or publish to an account without proper authorization;
- circumvent TikTok's security, rate limits, review or platform policies;
- upload unlawful, infringing, deceptive or harmful material; or
- interfere with the service or use it for unauthorized automation.
6. Third-party services
TikTok and other infrastructure providers are independent third parties. Their products, APIs, terms, privacy practices and availability are outside the control of PersonalCreatorOps. Your use of TikTok remains subject to TikTok's own terms and policies, including its developer and community guidelines.
7. Availability and changes
PersonalCreatorOps is provided as an internal tool and may change, be unavailable or be discontinued without notice. No guarantee is made that a TikTok request will be accepted, published or remain available. These Terms may be updated when the service or its integrations change. The updated date above will identify the latest version.
